  Definitely not a 5 star and poor value for money at that. The receptionist was nice enough, but it felt like he knew they are having problems and was clearly embarrassed. I had to switch rooms twice because of issues with plumbing and despite that the 3rd room (a jr.suite) still had brown water come out of the tap. I feel lucky I'm only staying one night. Wifi in the first two rooms was barely working. They were both at the end of corridors. The last room, near the elevators, had better reception, though still on the slow side. If you have a choice, don't stay on first floor as the view is basically of the hotel restautants roof with all the chimneys, ventilation, etc. The park looked nice from the window, but after the stress of changing rooms, I didn't feel like going out.

  A fantastic hotel with a really interesting history and nice staff.

  Ac is not working and we had to wait until next day and the reason was "I'm one person and can't leave my desk" receptionist said...by the way I had 3 apartments and one room and ACs were not working

  I think the hotel is very good place for relax. There is a nice terrace and you can eat your breakfast upon the sun, near to beautiful flowers. There is a gym and good instructors. I really like the place. 😊

  Can't be more bad food that in this hotel.. Service bad except one waiter. 5* hotel and every day chicken for food nothing else.. Just bad
