  I've used this agency since moving to Belgrade 3 years ago, and always had excellent friendly service and a nice car. The sales manager, Andrijana, has always gone out of her way. Love these guys!

  The service wasn't at a high niveau, because the employes weren't polite or helpful and tried just to take your money out of your pocket. Be aware of this "rent-a-car" service. The cars aren't even at a good condition.

  They delivered a broken car with slowly-leaking tire and a broken brake light. After I found out, I had to waste time at service shops to fix the car. As well, the tank was 1/4 full at the delivery; the delivery guy told me that they would refund me if I return it with more; needless to say after returning 3/4 tank, they refused to pay. This was a last minute rental for me and they were the only company in town that had cars available - no wonder why.

  I came to Belgrade airport and I saw the AVACO offices right on the exit. I experienced professional and polite service in the rent a car agency and I love Mercedes Smart I've rented. I rented it for a week and it was great ride and the right car for the city. Even I was born in Serbia, I forgot the streets, but agent gave me the phone number so I can call in any case of trouble. I was late to return it, but I had no penalty and personal in the office downtown was with great service! I recommend this rent a car.
