  At the beginning of this month I have purchased a pair of shoes in "Bata" shop in Belgrade, Serbia. (in "Delta City" shopping centre) While shopping I tried on sizes 38 and 39. The first one was rather tight while the latter one was a bit loose. The shop assistant was a bit pushy and rushed me into buying the larger pair. As soon as I got home and tried them on in the peace and quiet of my room it was obvious that the shoes were not good for me and because they were larger than I need they would make blisters at the end of my foot because they were moving loosely around it. I immediately took them back to the shop exactly in the state in which I bought them, unused, clean and undamaged. They told me I could change them for some other product but because there was nothing else in the shop that suited me I asked for a refund. They refused and told me I could complain to their management. I did so through a form which I filled in the shop but then I got a reply that they do not want to refund and that I can pick up the same pair of shoes from a shop. I complained again but the same person gave a similar reply. When I came to the shop for the sixth time (because twice they didn't even want to talk to me saying they couldn't do anything in the absence of the manager) I asked if I could exchange those shoes for a bag but they told me that the time expired even though I came to ask only two days after receiving their unfavourable reply. Plus, the shop assistants are really unpleasant.

  Kupio sam 2 para cipela, 1 par se razlepio posle 10 dana, reklamacija odbijena.

  Los kvalitet obuce. Ne prihvataju reklamacije.

  Cipele se razlepile posle 2 dana, reklamacija kod njih se ne uvazava. "Reklamacija neosnovana". Brend za izbegavanje.
