  Poprilicno skupi, popravka zuba ide i do 10 000 din. A to vam niko ne kaze unapred. Ne suzdrzavaju se da vam "ponude" i ono sto vam ne treba od stom. usluga.Zarada je iznad svega.navaljuju sa zakazivanjem. Sam rad nije los nemam zamerki.

  Zaista sam prezadovoljna uslugama ove stomatoloske ordinacije.Profesionalni pristup uz potpuno objasnjenje cele procedure,koja je naravno maksimalno bezbolna,sto je meni licno bilo najbitnije :-) Posle duzeg vremena ja sam NAPOKON pronasla stomatolosku ordinaciju koja ce od sada pratiti kako moje tako i zdravlje zuba moje porodice! Jos jednom SVE POHVALE :-)

  Used their services several times. Unfortunately, cannot recommend this to anyone. 1) The appointments are booked for a specific time, but late EVERY time. Every time you have to sit and wait for 10-20 minutes. Once I waited for 40 minutes and had to cancel the appointment. They gave me a 50% discount for next visit to cover that up, just to be fair, but it doesn't change the fact that you have to wait every time. 2) I came to have a standard inspection. They suggested a dental sealant/filling for one tooth. When halfway done they said that it won't be enough and that something more expensive is necessary. Later again changed their mind and said that a metal-ceramic crown is needed (seemed like constantly raising the level already at that point but I didn't argue). Had to come there 6 or 7 times, 1 hour each - not sure if it really is necessary to invest so much time in 1 tooth, seemed too much, but again I didn't argue. While the dentist was preparing the crown he was constantly dropping it on the floor which seemed extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. When this was over the cashier charged me a wrong amount (much less than I thought it will), I was surprised and asked them if they're sure this is correct, and cashier assured me that it is. After 2 days they called me and accused that I didn't pay for the services. When I came to pay the difference, there was no apologies from their side, as it was totally their mistake, rather even some inappropriate 'jokingly' comments like it was me who tried to steal from them. Anyways, we could tolerate this if it was just the first 2 points, but third point was last drop. 3) My wife made a mistake of visiting the same ordination to take care of 6 front teeth, she had some problems with facets. After a review they said she needs to install 6 crowns. It went even worse than we could foresee: she was visiting them at least 15 times as I remember (2.5 months), every time extremely painful, gums constantly bleeding and hurting. In the end they installed 1 joint crown instead of 6 separate which isn't what is recommended and was not what they initially said. After several weeks she realized it's not installed properly, does not fit tight, which causes problems with food getting stuck in the slits, and may even cause severe problems with the teeth underneath the crowns. We visited a different dentist who was quite disappointed with the looks and said that this poorly prepared crown isn't safe be used, needs to be removed ASAP and re-done from zero. After all the "torturing" and unprofessionalism we received here we don't even think of coming back there trying to claim fixing the problems. So much time and money wasted - please do not repeat our mistakes and do not use their services.
