  Placed between the fortress and the Danube and Sava confluence, it presents a beautiful part of the whole Kalemegdan complex. You can see the Carlo VI gate, Nebojša tower, Barutana, Planetarium, or simply enjoy the beautiful park with open space and old trees.

  Really cool place. Big, so lots to se, great variation, cool and chill restaurants and lounges in the area as well. Beautiful view over the city.

  Remembering the past When I see Kalemegdan now, I must remember my student's days and a whole history of this amazing city. It was always the best place for a long walk and I'm happy to go there every time I come to Belgrade. I like to play a mini golf there,but it was long time ago,in 1987 and don't know is it still there.I would never miss the opportunity to go to the zoo garden.I almost forgot to mention the interesting church of the Virgin Mary (Ružica), located in the north east suburb of the Belgrade Fortress, below Zindan Gate. I was in June 2015 with my son and we have a wonderful time while we were riding a tourist train on the hot summer day. Last time I was with my daughter in December 2016 on a rainy afternoon,but I still enjoyed the pleasant memories that came back to me.
