  Extremely unhelpful and unprofessional staff. Me and my wife just got married and wanted to spend the honeymoon in Italy, but since she's not a Serbian citizen she needed a visa. I called the embassy and asked what documentation is needed. We then gathered everything they told us, translated it and came to Belgrade (we live in Novi Sad). They then told us we should put apostille (international certification) to some of the documents. We returned to Novi Sad and put apostille on the required documents. Next time we came to Belgrade, they told us I need to give them my "financial statement". We returned to Novi Sad and tried to find what that document is and where we could get it. After some searching, finally the good people from APR (agency for economic registers) unequivocally told us that such document exists only for corporations and not individuals. For the third time, we returned to Belgrade, trying to explain that the document they were asking does not exist, but to no avail. So, after paying for the hotels, providing bank statements, proving my wife has legal residence in Serbia, buying health insurance, translation, apostille and the fact that I'm Serbian and can travel to Italy without visa anyway, and my wife already visited several European countries without ever violating the rules, they still denied us what was supposed to be a completely routine tourist visit. Thanks for ruining our honeymoon Italy!

  Katastrofa zahteve. Donela sam njima potvrdu o placenom smestaju u Rimu, Firenci i Napoli, placenu povratnu kartu, karte za vozovi unutra zemlji, zdravstveno osiguranje, izvod sa racuna mog i supruga, podtvrdu o zaposljenju supruga, cak i izvod iz PIO fonda (nijedna europska zemlja to jos nije od mene trazila) i nisu mi dali turisticku vizu na nekih 7 dana! Pri tom sto imala sam i druge vizu u pasosu. Sad mi propada put u Italiju, koji vec 100% placen i zbog mene ne ide i drugarica moja, koja vec isto sce platila, samo sto u Moskvi normalnija ambasada pa je dobila vizu bez problema. Popizdela sam, cak ni Svedska ambasada nije toliko zahtevna

  Brutta immagine , ,, al telefono non ti rispondono, sul mail rispondono tardi e non sulle domande proposte... ti raccomandano alla questura e questura manda le domande alla Ambasciata.... non leggono con attenzione le domande percio risposte sono non adeguate!!!
