::Horrible driver from Budapest to Belgrade. Unfriendly, unhelpful, and simply walked off while I was trying to ask him something at the boarder crossing - booked through FlixBus- they need to review this company.

::horrible agency with misleading information on their website, rude staff specifically in PANCEVO, offering confusing prices, obviously I overpaid it, it was a Beograde-Budapest-Belgrade ticket, I have nothing but contempt for this agency. They should be out of business for what they sell. I hope everyone reads this so they will choose ANYONE else, even switching to trains which I personally dislike. NEVER AGAIN.

::Very good Turist Agency. They started several years ago as a company for transport of turists, but they decided to spread they bussiness also as a tour operator. The best thing is that they have their own buses.

::My experience with Fudeks was very good. I took a bus from Belgrade to Skopje. It was a big comfortable bus (see attached picture) . It left on time and arrived 20 min late early. Bus was half empty so I had 2 seats for myself.

::If I could put less than one star I would. Their website is totally misleading. It shows that you can buy tickets from the Orange Ways office in Budapest, but after a train ride across town to purchase the tickets they told us that they don't sell them. You have to buy the tickets on the bus. Which is fine, but they should have advertised as such on their site. We called to reserve our seats and the lady just told us to email our information- she confirmed the price of 20 euros for youths and 25 for adults (we were one youth and one adult). So instead of having to exchange a bunch of money we knew the exact amount... Wrong! The bus driver wanted to charge us 25 a piece and we only had 45 euros. He took our passports and cell phone as "collateral"... for five stinking euros! Luckily our fellow passengers made an outroar and put forth the five euros for us. I will never ride Fudeks again and I don't recommend it to anyone!
