::The whole place is smoking, which is very unpleasant coming from Europe. However, when the weather is nice you can sit outside and they also open the whole front so it is like an open place, which makes the smoke less disturbing The personnel speaks English and the food/drinks are ok (though I only had an omlette with green tea). Service was relatively fast and friendly. They accept credit cards.
