  I only reserved a hotel room for a few nights via their agency to spend time in Prague with my friends who were traveling with them from Belgrade. I must say I was pretty unsatisfied with the price and quality as well as their general service. I never booked an entire arrangement, but since my brief experience with them I know I never will. We were offered to buy some club entrance tickets offered by the agency for the New Year's weekend there too and I must say we were all terribly disappointed by the club and left to spend the New Years night in a random pub. This sort of killed our mood.

  Food if you want to reach some exotic destinations on a budget. Do not expect good hotels nor good tourist guides (there are some, but not all are good and not all are tourist guides - some act as travel organizers only). Can mess up your hotel reservations and leave you with something that is not acceptable for you although you've paid for better accommodation (will return the money, but that's not the point really).
