The prices are noticeably higher when compared to the big supermarkets, but it is really a big advantage when you can get ingredients for pancakes or a cold beer in the middle of the night. They also have very high quality fresh meat. You can order meat up to 1 day in advance and you will have the amounts you need waiting for you fresh the very next morning.
