  New, clean and calm place. It is in a nice location, convenient short walk to the city center. The apartment has everything that is needed for a short stay. Milovan and his family are excellent hosts, very kind and helpful. I highly recommend Milovan's apartment.

  We stayed at this little sweet place for a week and had a very pleasant experience. It was very nice to start each morning with a coffee at the balcony. The place was clean, centrally located and the owner's family who welcomed us were very polite and attentive. A highly recommended spot in Nis. We look forward to booking here again.

  Fantastic Studio Apartment in Niš City Center with WiFi. A brand new fully equipped studio apartment in Niš City Center. It is close to night clubs, restaurants, coffee shops, museums, shopping mall, the Nišava river... Čair Park is a short street away from the place. The apartment is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with a small child), and furry friends (small pets). Kitchen is with microwave-grill oven, cooking hob, and a large refrigerator with freezer. The apartment is laid out as a studio with separate kitchen and bathroom with toilet within the apartment. It is a compact flat with an angled sofa that can be pulled out to form a very comfortable sleeping bed that can lay 2 or even 3 persons. Normal occupancy would be 1 or 2 people, but a 3rd person can also fit in if need be. The flat is quiet, there is no traffic noise despite the fact that it is in the city core. It makes a great retreat for writing or study. The whole apartment will be available to the guests. With access to the bed for 2+, dining table/work desk for 4+, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. Soap, shampoo, towels and linen are also available. If you are staying more than 7 days, they'll replace the used with clean towels and linen upon request. Any other reasonable assistance is available upon request. INCLUDED - clean bed linen and towels - shower gel, shampoo, liquid soap - hairdryer - coffee and tea The apartment is oriented to the west - you will witness some great sunsets over the center of Niš. As well as New Year fireworks. Great place!
