  So unfriendly booking an appointment. I will try find another doctor instead. English of the receptionist is great but very unfriendly for the Serbian hospitality I am used to.

  Awful service very insulting towards customers. They have usual equipment you can find in every local hospital. Only thing they know is to take your money with overpriced exams. Very disappointed, seems their only have great marketing.

  I am very disappointed in the service of this supposed well rated clinic. After explaining to them over the phone what I needed done and that I was in discomfort and needed the appropriate treatment and they agreed to have me come immediately for an appointment. After being admitted and examined (mainly by support staff) an a diagnosis was presented - which I already had. No treatment was able to be done due to their protocol and the lack of technically capable staff. So if you feel like wasting your time and money this is the right clinic. The only opinion I have about them now is that their advertising is great and their skills are limited. I did find a clinic the next day that was better equipped and staffed with more experienced/seasoned professionals that did the treatment immediately.

  Great hospital and staff which was very helpful! Probably the best Eye-Hospital in the World!
