  I stayed here a couple of times during business trips and I really liked it. The staff is friendly, the roomes are clean and not too small. There is a restaurant but they only serve breakfast. Next opportunity to have dinner is the Zmaj shopping centre. What really annoyed me is what I experienced during my last stay: I booked for 5 nights and I was charged when I arrived. My plans changed and I had to leave one day earlier as planned. The hotel denied to refund the last night.

  The staff was absolutely great! First, they note that we were 4 adults, and so they gave us not a family room with 4 beds but 2 rooms, with no surcharge. Then, on our last night we were cheated by a false taxi driver and were in big difficulties to go to the airport the next early morning (no Serbian money anymore, no ATM nearby, no taxi with credit card available in Beograd...): they were so kind to offer us a ride with their shuttle for free! They were great
