::The staff is professional and helpful and the interior well-maintained. The wait times can be unnecessarily long, I recently had to restart waiting in a long queue when it turned out a service I required was delegated to another location within the bank- that cost me two hours of my time. That, combined with the need to re-visit the bank every time I change or wipe my phone (or when the e-banking servers mess up, deny my login and lock me out of my account), is why I give a four-star review.
