  Best place for doing your registration, taxes and technical examination of your vehicle. Stuff is absolutely fantastic! Only thing I find annoying is that when you go from centre you can't turn left. Instead you should go to crossing and make U-turn... Bear that in mind when visiting them and police patrol stands on the corner...
