  After an hour, the returned car still had tree sap marks all over. Both the guy who washed the car AND the manager instantly came to explain how they were not at fault and additional polishing was necessary, but they could not know this before the cleaning. I was sitting at their cafeé the whole time, and noone approached me to inform me they could not do the job and ask if I wanted to take my car elsewhere. They were not too pleasant nor did they offer an apology or a refund. Been a customer for years, will not go back again. Nakon sat vremena, moj auto je vracen neopran i pun tragova (tragovi lepljivog soka sa drveca). I menadzer i tip koji je oprao auto prisli su da mi objasne kako oni tu nista ne mogu i kako je potrebno dodatno poliranje, sto oni nisu mogli da znaju pre nego sto su oprali auto. Stvar je u tome sto sam sve vreme pranja bila u njihovom kafeu i niko mi nije prisao da me obavesti da oni ne mogu da urade posao, niti da me pita da li mozda hocu da odvezem auto drugde, kod nekoga ko moze. Nisu bili preterano ljubazni, niti su mi ponudili izvinjenje ili povracaj novca. Godinama sam kod njih prala automobile, ali se sigurno vise ne vracam tamo.

  Car wash and small pub where you can wait for job to be done. There is hand and machine car wash. Price is approximately 6 euros for hand wash of exterior and interior.
