  We were moving and I had collected up a lot of coins which I combined from my 5 year old's pocket money. I bagged up the coins and took the bags to this SG location. After waiting, we were told by the teller and, I suppose, the manager that "we don't need all these coins." As well as, " we only have one teller on today and counting these coins will take us a long time..." The coins were precounted and clearly labelled in denominations and amounts. Moreover, I know banks have machines which count coins automatically just like machines which count notes. Furthermore, I don"t think I should be suffering because of your short-sighted staffing issues.... "Nul points"
