::They deserve a 2.5 but I would rather err on the side of generosity. Both my experiences in the bank were negative. My complaint is simple...Banks have lots of rules, and that is fine, but when their traditional-lazy-Yugoslav-sit-on-my-butt employees add their own non-existent rules into the mix, it turns the banking experience into a nightmare! I got so angry that I started shouting at the teller. He called upstairs and thankfully they were willing to do get the job done. I hope for more reasonable service in the future.

::Najgora banka na svetu. Kada se ugasila alpha banka u kojoj je suprug bio, krediti su prebasili kod njih, takodje i racun. Pozeleli su mu dobrodoslicu tako sto su mu iz momenta blokirali racun vec dve uplate dinar jedan nismo videli, para ne daju. i niko nece nista da kaze u zivotu nismo videli veci bezobrazluk, odvratnija banka ne postoji. Pusta im ostala dabogda.
