  Spa is really nice and clean. Stuff is friendly and professional, I got the best massage ever. Sauna and steamroom could be bigger, but thet are still ok. Reservations are a must-have. I would recommend it to my friends.

  Terrible experience! Extremely unprofessional! After a long research on the internet and reading various reviews, in order to get them something really special, I bought 'Novogodisnji paket' voucher for my parents. Instead of relaxing MASSAGE with aromatic oils, the girls were literally putting oil and spreading it laughing at the fact that the neighbors from the apartment above are playing turbo folk, planning to ask them to turn it down after they finish. After the "massage" they spent most of the time there waiting, on showers, on the sauna (it's quite small, three people are already too many). The steam bath is very lame (no more steam than when you water the stones in the sauna). And at the end, my parents were told that they can't use the jacuzzi, although on the voucher it's written that they have it included for 15 minutes. Užasno iskustvo! Krajnje neprofesionalno! Posle duugog istraživanja na netu i čitanja raznih ocena, želeći da im zaista poklonim nešto kvalitetno, kupila sam roditeljima 'Novogodišnji paket' vaučer. Umesto relax MASAŽE aromatičnim uljima, devojke su ih bukvalno mazale i mackale istima i smejale se činjenici da komšije iz stana iznad puštaju turbo folk muziku, planirajući da ih nakon što završe zamole da smanje. Nakon "masaže" najveći deo vremena su proveli čekajući, na tuševe, na saunu (već troje ljudi je previše). U parnom kupatilu sam tuširaš da bi bilo malo pare (ništa više nego kad poliješ kamenje u sauni). I za kraj rečeno im je da ne mogu da koriste jacuzzi iako na vaučeru piše da imaju uključeno 15 minuta.
