  Low prices and range of products - good. Extremely unprofessional regarding answering to calls and online ordering. The first time everything went smoothly, the second time we ordered online, one and a half weeks ago, made payment and still waiting. I mean, guys there, really??? Why do you have an online ordering anyways...? Pretty angry customer. * Edit: Their website crashed and that caused the whole misunderstanding, the workers there were really polite and apologized ober phone for the inconvenience and they suggested the postage fee on their expense. Still, 4 stars for not answering the phone.

  very unprofessional behaviour towards the customers, false information on the site as well as for the online ordering. non replying to emails and calls, and being very late (up to a week) for delivery. avoid!

  We bought 1200 EUR worth of medicines, and they didn't even bother to tell us that they don't have the specific injection pen (that is given with the medicine) and that is the only way to apply to the medicine. If they told us, we would try to find the injection pen elsewhere and not find out that we don't have it at the moment when the medicine should be applied! We then rushed to the pharmacy thinking it was a mistake, but their only response was: "We don't have it. We don't know how you will apply it." They didn't even apologize.

  Good supplied pharmacy, but overcrowded by seniors.

  The lowest prices in the city. Online service. Regular promotions. Long lines often, but the money you save justifies that inconvenience.
