  This restaurant changed many owners/managers in past years, and it seems none of them found a great formula for it. I recently ordered a pork belly with salsa, but what waiter described and what I got was not the same dish. For instance, it was not stated in the menu that meat will be placed on the couscous, which was served more as a spread!? Also, there was ALMOST no salsa on the plate (with shallot and chives as waiter so enthusiastically emphasized while presenting the dish). All I’ve got was a teaspoon of “salsa” on the top of each pork belly, which was enough for a bite or two, so I’ve ended up eating only a meat without any side dishes to go with it, and it was not even tender and juicy as pork belly should be. Considering that they have all together around 15 dishes on the menu, you would expect that they should taste great, but sadly it didn’t. None of my friends, it was six of us, were impressed with their dishes. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant. I hope that the menu and execution of dishes will improve. For now, I will only go there to grab a drink.
